Description: The 11-LEFS is the clean room version of SMC's LEFS ball screw slider.  A built-in vacuum port is used to draw off particles generated by the ball screw and guide to achieve the ISO Class 4 standard.  This model is fitted with an AC servo motor with incremental or absolute encoder.  Pulse input drivers are available with optional communication protocols.  Some options standard with LEFS are not offered with the 11-LEFS.  Please consult the catalog for more information.
