Designed for convenient point of use drying without the need for electrical power, membrance dryers utilize hollow fiber membranes to remove water vapor from compressed air. Permeable to water vapor but not air, the IDG series can achieve pressure dew points as low as -44°F (-42°C) and ISO8573-1 moisture classes from 2 to 6. They have no moving parts, vibration, or heat discharge, and contribute only a small amount of purge air to their operating environment. The IDG series is available as single units or convenienty assembled with necessary pre-filtration and optional pressure regulation.
